RICO CAMPBELL
Waist: 34
Inseam: 30
Neck: 16 1/2
Jacket: 42
Shoe: 11
DOB: May 25th, Gemini
From: Washington DC
Hobbies: Playing football, reading about current events outside of the mainstream media, being social, acting.
Why modeling?: I love the different avenues and opportunities that come with this way of life. Being on the runway after a designer thinks you’re just right for their garments is a great feeling. It’s the confidence, attitude and swagger…the adrenaline that you get on the runway. It’s great!
Most memorable modeling moment: My very first modeling competition was my most memorable modeling moment. The look of the competition was to replicate a Golden Statue. My manager suggested that I participate for the experience; I did not think I was ready. The feeling of hearing all of the people screaming my name and saying how well I did open my eyes to the potential I have!
Other Avenues to Explore: Acting (shows, stage plays, films, commercials); also interested in being selected for a brand campaign, the thought of being on a billboard is amazing!
RIKIA CLEVELAND
Bust: 31
Waist: 26
Hips: 34
Height: 5’5”
Shoe: 7 1/2
DOB: Sept. 25th, Libra
From: Staunton, Virginia
Video Portfolio: vimeo.com/36213289
Hobbies: Anything outdoors that’s recreational; and I love to fix things (I’m called the “Handywoman” of the house).
Why Modeling?: I never really knew what my niche was but I knew it had to be in the entertainment industry, I tried dancing but the passion for that died off and I’m not a fan of sports. Then I realized how good I was at taking photos. Also, everyone around me would always talk about how I walk with an attitude. Never did I think of modeling, until I went to an audition for ROE Agency, LLC. I auditioned in sneakers because I didn’t own a pair of pumps. I made it, and from there everything started happening and I fell in love with the modeling world! It comes natural to me; I’m comfortable here.
Most memorable modeling moment: My most recent show in Philly, “The Walk the Walk Fashion Show and Competition”. It was a modeling competition and the winner won a trip to Europe and other prizes. It was a big deal and I had a lot of support from family and friends. When I arrived to Philly everything just went downhill. Everyone wanted to win this huge opportunity, including me. I didn’t win, but I walked out with a smile because I felt like I accomplished something just by being picked to walk in the production.
Other Avenues to Explore: I would love more acting experiences and spokes modeling.
