Disciple: Thriller Drama Review

When a serial killer is finally caught, Billy Jean Chandler, (Tanya Thompson) a public defender is charged with the duty of defending the murderous madman. After several interviews and her own investigation, she finds herself in a worldwind of suspects including her own best friend Angela (Taral Hicks, A Bronx Tale/Belly). Her hunch is that the man she defends is in fact not the killer and that he is still at large. She uncovers evidence leading to the killer, but she is already in too deep to get out alive. DISCIPLE grabs you from the beginning and takes you into a dark world of cults and never ending intensity with a surprise ending well worth waiting for.
